Program

The ICMTech 2026 conference will feature an engaging and comprehensive scientific agenda, structured into parallel sessions across all three days. The conference will host over 70 lectures from 25+ countries delivered by internationally renowned scientists, leading researchers, industry experts, and policy makers from around the world. These sessions will highlight cutting-edge advancements and interdisciplinary research in materials science and technology.

Key components of the conference program include:
  • Opening Plenary and Keynote Addresses
  • Fellow Assembly Sessions featuring visionary talks and strategic discussions
  • Parallel Technical Sessions covering emerging materials, semiconductors, AI and digital twins, net-zero technologies, sustainable energy, healthcare materials, and circular economy solutions
  • Congress Concluding Session with highlights and recognitions

The parallel format allows participants to attend sessions most relevant to their interests and expertise, fostering meaningful interaction and collaboration throughout the conference.

The sessions and symposia will run on Central European Time (GMT+2).Delegates are kindly requested to review the following important information before exploring the congress program:

Program Notes

  • The congress will be organized during 30 March – 01 April 2026. The sessions will be conducted in the conference center aboard the Viking Line Cruise, sailing from Stockholm to Helsinki and back.
  • The congress will commence with registration and check-in on the M/S Cinderella, Viking Line Cruise, departing from Stockholm (City of the Nobel Prize and Capital of Sweden) to Helsinki (City of Nokia and Capital of Finland) and returning to Stockholm.
  • All sessions and lectures will be conducted in English.
  • Social activities will be organized in Helsinki and Stockholm with English-speaking guides.
  • This is a tentative program; topics may be exchanged between sessions or omitted in the final program based on participation.
