Register
All delegates are required to complete the online congress registration. This step is essential to obtain access to all congress-related activities, sessions, and events. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Participant Categories
- IAAM Member: A person who holds International Association of Advanced Materials membership. Please provide your IAAM membership number during registration. Note that registration in this category will only be confirmed after verifying your membership status.
- Academic Delegate: Official representatives of universities, higher education institutions, research organizations, and non-profit organizations including representative of Government etc.
- Student Delegate: Master’s or Ph.D. students. A valid student ID must be presented at the registration desk.
- Company Participant: Official representatives of industries, private R&D companies, and other for-profit organizations.
- Accompanying Person: Individuals accompanying a congress delegate, such as a spouse, friend, or child. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend technical sessions but are welcome at social activities and cultural programs.
Registration Fee Includes:
- Access to congress sessions, poster presentations, and the exhibition area.
- Conference materials and access to the online abstract system.
- Publication of abstracts in the Congress proceedings.
- Meals during the congress including lunches, and coffee breaks.
- The team-building, and cultural activities.
- Networking opportunities with other delegates.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made online by credit/debit card or PayPal, and by bank transfer.
The Congress Code of Conduct
The organizer is committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment at all its congress. We value mutual trust, diversity, and inclusion and expect all participants to be treated with courtesy and respect. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated. We expect all participants to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Respectful Behavior: Harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary comments or jokes are not appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, unwanted sexual attention, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and photography or recording of an individual without their consent. Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion are strictly prohibited.
- Professional Communication: Discourse and discussion are encouraged, but all communication should be appropriate for a professional audience, inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds. Sexual or sexist language and imagery are not suitable.
- Respectful Interventions: Interventions should be respectful and must not insult or demean other participants. Constructive criticism is welcome, but it should be delivered respectfully.
- Support for Affected Individuals: Participants who witness bullying, harassment, or aggression are encouraged to approach the affected person to show support and check on their well-being. They may also suggest that the person report inappropriate behavior. However, it is up to the affected individual to decide whether or not to report it.
- Compliance with Requests: Any participant asked to stop inappropriate behavior is expected to comply immediately. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the event at the sole discretion of congress staff, without a refund.
- Reporting Violations: Any participant who wishes to report a violation of this policy is encouraged to speak, in confidence, to a member of the congress organizing team.
The organizer provides a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
Congress Cancellation Policy
Substitution Policy
Delegate Substitution: Substitutions are allowed at any time. Please notify the congress customer services team of any changes in delegate names as soon as possible. Substitutes must have a relevant background related to the theme of the congress and obtain prior approval from the Scientific Committee.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 90 days or more before the conference date: Attendees will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, with a 50% administrative charge applied.
- Cancellations made less than 90 days before the conference date: Registration fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Due to Personal Circumstances
- Notification: If you must cancel your participation for personal reasons, please notify the congress program manager via email at contact@iaamonline.org immediately.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations due to personal reasons are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. We strongly recommend verifying your availability before completing your registration.
- Exceptions: In the case of medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the congress organizing committee. Please contact the congress program manager for more information.
Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer
- Organizer-Initiated Changes: If the organizer must cancel or postpone the congress due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), all pre-paid registrants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled congress or any future congress assembly within one year.
- Refund Option: In the event of a postponement, attendees unable to attend the rescheduled congress may request a partial refund (up to 75% of the registration fee) if a future event is not suitable for them. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving notice of the new event date.
Liability Disclaimer
The organizer and associated parties are not responsible for reimbursing any costs incurred by attendees for travel, accommodation, or other expenses related to the conference, whether at an individual or group level. We advise attendees to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover such contingencies.
The Congress Admissions Policy
- Registration Requirements: Only pre-registered conference delegates and delegates who register on the day of the event will be allowed to attend conference sessions.
- Exhibition/Posters Area Access: Access to the exhibition/poster area is restricted to pre-registered conference delegates, delegates who register on the day, and exhibition badge holders.
- Badge Requirement: All participants must wear their badges at all times throughout the conference.
- Non-Transferability of Badges: Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to comply will result in the removal of both the badge holder and the person wearing the badge from the conference.
- Illegal Badge Acquisition: Anyone obtaining a conference delegate or exhibitor badge by theft, deception, or other illegal means will be asked to leave the conference.
- Age Restriction: No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend the conference unless they have obtained prior written consent from the Organizers.
- Behavioral Expectations: All attendees must refrain from demonstrations, objectionable behavior, wearing offensive apparel, or engaging in any activity that may disrupt the conference.
- Right to Exclude: The Organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the conference and venue who does not comply with this policy, who is reasonably considered likely to break these rules, or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws, or regulations.
- Press Admission: Press badges are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the conference subject area. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and provide accreditation, such as a recognized press or media card, business card, NUJ card, letter from an editor, or an official web address linking to a press release. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
- Photography and Filming: Official conference photographers may take photographs and film videos at the conference. By attending, participants consent to such photography and filming without compensation and agree that the Organizers may use these photographs and videos for future marketing and exploitation in any and all media, without liability. No other photography or filming will be permitted at IAAM organized conferences without prior written approval from the Organizers.
