Program
The American Advanced Materials Congress (AMC 2026) will feature a comprehensive and forward-looking scientific program structured into parallel technical sessions over the two-day congress. The program brings together materials scientists, engineers, industry leaders, policymakers, and technology innovators to discuss breakthroughs across advanced materials research, development, and industrial translation.
AMC 2026 will host high-quality plenary, keynote, invited, and technical lectures delivered by internationally recognized experts, covering the full spectrum of advanced materials — from fundamental science and materials design to manufacturing, scale-up, and real-world deployment supporting net-zero and sustainable technologies.
Key components of the AMC 2026 program include:
- Opening Plenary & Keynote Lectures by global leaders in advanced materials science, energy materials, sustainable technologies, and industrial innovation
- Parallel Scientific & Technical Sessions covering functional and structural materials, energy and storage materials, sustainable and green materials, nanomaterials, biomaterials, smart and intelligent materials, and advanced manufacturing
- AI-Driven Materials & Digital Design Sessions focusing on computational materials science, data-driven discovery, and intelligent materials engineering
- Industry & Translational Innovation Sessions showcasing pilot projects, scale-up strategies, manufacturing solutions, and commercialization pathways
- IAAM Fellow Summit – 70th Assembly Sessions addressing strategic visions, global collaboration, materials roadmaps, and future innovation ecosystems
- Poster Sessions & Industry Interaction enabling high-level scientific exchange and interdisciplinary networking across academia and industry
- Congress Concluding & Recognition Session highlighting scientific outcomes, future perspectives, and IAAM Fellow, Medal, Laureate, and Award Lectures
The parallel session structure allows participants to engage deeply with topics most relevant to their expertise while fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and impactful collaboration across materials science, engineering, industry, and policy communities.
