Program
The EAEMC 2026 conference will offer a robust and forward-looking scientific agenda, featuring parallel sessions throughout the three-day congress. The conference will host over 65 lectures from 20+ countries, delivered by globally recognized scientists, leading energy researchers, industrial innovators, and policy leaders. These sessions will showcase the latest breakthroughs in advanced energy materials and their role in building a sustainable future.
Key components of the EAEMC 2026 program include:
- Opening Plenary and Keynote Talks from global energy leaders
- IAAM Fellow Assembly Sessions addressing strategic roadmaps and emerging trends
- Parallel Technical Sessions on batteries, hydrogen and fuel cells, photovoltaics, carbon capture, energy storage, and smart energy materials
- Congress Concluding Session featuring highlights, future outlook, and recognitions
The parallel session structure is designed to provide attendees with the flexibility to engage with topics of highest relevance to their field, encouraging interdisciplinary exchange and impactful collaboration throughout the congress.
Net Zero Congress Policy
AMC Assemblies is committed to implementing a Net Zero policy for the Congress. The environmental footprint of the three-day event is carefully assessed and managed in line with carbon reduction principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Although the venue itself operates on non-renewable energy sources, all other aspects of the Congress – including accommodation, catering, transportation, and event operations; are planned and delivered according to minimum-impact standards. Efforts to reduce emissions, minimize food waste, adopt innovative technologies, and promote responsible everyday choices contribute to the protection of the environment.
Through these climate-smart event practices, we aim to deliver measurable environmental benefits. We invite all participants to support and engage with our journey toward a greener, more sustainable, and more beautiful world.
Program Notes
The European Advanced Energy Materials Congress (EAEMC 2026) will be organized from 01 – 03 June 2026 aboard the Silja Serenade, sailing from Stockholm (City of the Nobel Prize and Capital of Sweden) to Helsinki (City of Nokia and Capital of Finland) and back to Stockholm.
- All sessions and lectures will be conducted in English in the conference center onboard.
- The congress will begin with registration and check-in at the Värtaterminalen, Hamnpirsvägen 10, 115 74 Stockholm, Sweden.
- Social activities with English-speaking guides will be arranged in both Helsinki and Stockholm to enhance networking and cultural exchange.
- This is a preliminary program. The final version will be shared with all registered delegates prior to the congress.
- The organizer, International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program, including session timings, speakers, topics, or structure, to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the congress.
