Letter of Invitation
If you require a visa to attend the Advanced Materials Congress, the organizer can provide you with an official invitation letter upon request. This letter may assist in obtaining the appropriate visa. However, please note that the invitation does not imply any obligation or responsibility for travel or other expenses. To request an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact us promptly and provide the following information:
- Your full name (as per your passport)
- Postal address
- Date and place of birth
- Passport number and expiry date
- If you are giving a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or title.
Visa Information
Non-European congress delegates must have a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the date of entry. For further details on business trip visas or attending conferences in Sweden, please contact the Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
Please note that invitation letters will only be sent via email to delegates. Unfortunately, we are unable to coordinate with embassies or consulates regarding any visa-related concerns. As the participant, you are solely responsible for submitting and monitoring your visa application.

Airport
The main airport, Stockholm Arlanda Airport (IATA: ARN, ICAO: ESSA), is located approximately 50 kilometers from the congress venue at Viking Line cruise terminal.

Traveling from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to the Stockholm city center or the Viking Line cruise terminal, you have several convenient options:

- Duration: Approximately 40-50 minutes to the city center or cruise terminal, depending on traffic.

- Public Transport
- Option: SL commuter trains and buses.
- Description: Commuter trains (Pendeltåg) connect Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Central Station.
