Grand Programme DayFull programme 09:00–17:00 at a conference venue in Stockholm — plenary, congress and summit sessions, platforms and networking.
Day 3Wed 11 Aug
Boarding & conference at seaAt seaBoarding from about 10:30; parallel conference programme 11:00–18:00 in four rooms; IAAM Week Gala Dinner 19:30.
Day 4Thu 12 Aug
At sea & HelsinkiAt seaConference 09:00–12:00; Helsinki city programme 13:30–15:30; conference 16:00–18:00; Award Gala Dinner 19:30.
Day 5Fri 13 Aug
Return & closeAt seaStockholm arrival and check-out about 10:00; city programme 10:30–12:30; close at Stockholm Cityterminalen about 12:30.
At sea
Two nights of the week run on the water.
The congress boards on day 3, calls at Helsinki on day 4 and is back in Stockholm on the morning of day 5, with a parallel scientific programme in four rooms throughout.
